Camp COLEY Cares: Remembering Katie

Camp COLEY Cares is a year-long group of volunteer-run service projects. We have participated in many different service projects to help local families and communities including food drives, school supply drives, coat drives, Relay For Life, etc.

Relay For Life is all about hope, and we should never lose hope. A perfect example of this is Kaitlyn (Katie) Blodgett. Not only did she touch each of our lives individually at Camp COLEY, through her ten years of participation, but during treatments, she made friends with the kids at the cancer center. She was always filling them with hope and joy of what life could be once everything was over. We never saw the light fade from her eyes. Hope never fades. Even at the worst times of radiation and chemo she still talked about our next camp event and how she was excited to be there. She will never leave or camp family for she has forever left a mark on our hearts.


We have designed these special shirts in memory of Katie. Proceeds collected from these shirts will be donated to the Camp COLEY Cares 2019 Relay For Life team in Katie's name.
