About this campaign

Addyson's HOPE

On October 23, 2018 our daughter, Addyson Hope, was diagnosed with Severe Aplastic Anemia which is a rare form of bone marrow failure. She has spent the last 136 days living off weekly blood and platelet transfusions. She began Immunosuppressant Therapy the evening of her 3rd birthday, which is the standard course of treatment for her diagnosis. As of now, Addyson has not responded to treatment and is in need of a LIFE SAVING BONE MARROW TRANSPLANT. Currently, Addyson does not have a match in the world wide bone marrow registry. We plan to SHOUT from every rooftop until we find ONE!! We need help from everyone possible in order to WIN this WAR!

Our HOPE and prayer is that as you wear these shirts, you will pray for us, and you will share our story. We pray that YOU are the one who shares it with our girl's potential PERFECT BONE MARROW MATCH! We also want to spread awareness for others fighting this rare diagnosis, and inform them of how easy it is to join the national bone marrow registry to save a life.

By purchasing a shirt, you are supporting Addyson's continued fight and their families HOPE to give back to the Hematology department at Texas Children's Hospital through His Grace Foundation. His Grace Foundation provides physical, emotional and financial support for the patients and families on the Bone Marrow Transplant Unit (BMTU) of Texas Children’s Hospital.

We have never once felt like Addyson's diagnosis was about us alone. We serve an AMAZING God who has surrounded us with the BEST fighters that we call Addyson's HOPE. They have supported us in a way that allows us to bring HOPE in a very daunting and dark place. We have had over 1,000 people register to be a bone marrow donor in honor of our girl in hopes to save someone's life even if it isn't our Addyson's. We hope you wear these shirts in honor of every family fighting Aplastic Anemia, bringing awareness, and sharing opportunities to save the lives of others by becoming a bone marrow donor!
