About this campaign
Hi everyone! We have been overwhelmed by the support of the community. We have also been overwhelmed with a uniquely athlete focused National Governing Body that is USA Weightlifting. This morning we received an email from Phil Andrews (a man that personally gave to this fundraiser and a previous one) informing Hamp that he is fully funded based on the fact that he is above the markers for an Olympian in the 61/62/67kg BW Category. Please understand that there is not a lot of data on this as the weight classes are new and they have not been contested in the Olympics, yet. This is really fantastic news! I will work with Custom Ink to make sure we do the necessary as I don’t want to mislead anyone with our fundraiser, which will now be focused on getting me to Ecuador, with any additional funds going towards future National Meets for Hampton. Thank you to everyone! Really proud of Hamp!
