About this campaign
Peter came to us when he was 4 weeks old. As he grew it was discovered that he suffered from a heart condition and would need to be on medications for his entire life. At Lake Norman Humane we attempted to adopt him to a hospice home but unfortunately no one came forward. After 2 years of living at our facility in a kennel it was decided that Peter would be the Rescue Cat! Peter now has free range of the rescue, loves his office, and is happy and loved by several. Peter still needs daily medication and rechecks with his cardiologist so we are hoping to generate sales of his shirt to cover those expenses so he can live a long healthy life!
