Fandom Running Club is pleased to present the newest event in The Cult Classic Series:

Holy Hand Grenade 3-Mile!

"Four miles shalt thou not run, nor either run thou two, excepting that thou then proceed to three. Five is right out. Once the number three, being the third number of miles, be reached, then, hangest thou thy Holy Hand Grenade of Antioch around thy neck and display it towards thy foe, who, being naughty in My sight, and woefully unregistered for this event, shall snuff it."

From coconuts to swallows to elderberries, Monty Python and the Holy Grail is easily one of the most quoted movies of all time. With a total film budget of approximately 17 quid, the comedy geniuses of Monty Python gave us something truly amazing. Join us now on our noble, but dangerous quest to defeat the Black Night, locate nice shrubberies, and survive vicious bunny rabbits. And meet Tim. That's what some call him.

Your registration includes this spectacular 3-D molded medal inlaid with as many of the finest faux pearls and completely fake gemstones that one can get onto a medal for less money than it cost to make the film. Of course, there's the beautiful custom sublimated ribbon and the always popular personalized digital bib!

Remember, FRC is going to be designating a past Fanthropy charity partner each month to be the recipient of a percentage of the proceeds from registrations for ALL Fandom Running Club medals! The charity partner of the month for August is Magic Wheelchair and we'll be announcing the September charity partner on September 1st!

As for the distance, Three Shall Be the Number of Miles and the Number of Miles Shall Be Three. You may run two, but only on the way to three. Five is right out. But remember, this event is virtual...so you can complete it wherever, however and whenever you want! You can walk, run, skip, bike, or saunter...you can do it in your neighborhood, at the gym, on the treadmill, or on your favorite trail...and you can do it Monday night, Tuesday morning, or Thursday afternoon! It's all up to you!

The medals for this event have been ordered and should arrive in mid-September. After the initial wave of orders are processed and shipped, medal registrations will be fulfilled weekly...until they're all gone.
