16 years into my diagnosis, and this condition is still a mystery in many ways. But the ongoing research into genetic factors and autoimmune effects have helped in the journey.

I have narcolepsy and understand the need for awareness, advocacy and research. We need to speak up and tell the world what we’ve lost to this disease. Scientific research/findings give us new treatment options and hope of a normal life.
