About this campaign

BE A HOSPICE PROMISE HERO! Your support will make a difference in the life of another, and help ensure his or her final days are spent worry-free, surrounded by loved ones, in the peace and comfort of home. For more information, please contact Hospice.Foundation@LHCgroup.com.

We need your support! Help the Hospice Promise Foundation continue its mission to assist patients and families with essential, non-hospice related expenses they are unable to afford. During our fundraiser, you can purchase T-shirts featuring Linda Dill’s, Occupational Therapy Assistant at Blackstone Home Care in Moraine, Ohio, winning design – “Heart with Hands.” Our goal is to sell 1,500 shirts!

Hospice is such a great service that provides help and hope to their patients and much needed relief for the families.

I was a hospice nurse and it is a ministry not just a regular job. It means something to have the opportunity to minister to someone who has reached the end of this life and bring hope and comfort. Keeps you humble.

My grandmother, and my husband's grandmother, were both placed on hospice before they passed. The cost of burying a love one can way a lot on the family, and I think it is WONDERFUL that this foundation was created to help families.
