AmeriCorps Winter Fundraiser

About this campaign

In addition to providing care coordination for clients, BHCHP AmeriCorps members are responsible for providing weekly health education opportunities for patients at many of our sites. These opportunities include running support groups for smoking cessation, training patients in Narcan administration and overdose prevention tips, and tabling at various sites for cancer screenings and winter weather safety. In order to encourage patient involvement in health education, we often provide materials and incentives such as hats, gloves, blankets, notebooks, quit kits for smoking, etc. All proceeds from this fundraiser will go towards buying supplies to support health education for our patient population. Please help our AmeriCorps support our folks in leading happy, healthy lives.
