About this campaign

Sha Smith touched the lives of many people. She was funny, loving, generous, fiercely passionate, a faithful Christian, and a devoted friend. Sha brought joy with her wherever she went, and anyone who met her was guaranteed to remember her. In 2019, Sha was diagnosed with advanced stage ovarian cancer at the age of only 30. After months of bravely fighting, Sha passed away on December 20th. While we know she's happy and peaceful with her Lord, words cannot express how much she will be missed here.

A few months ago, Sha asked a dear friend of hers, Haley Samms, to create a design - her only instructions were "cancer unicorn." Although Sha never got to have her cancer unicorn shirt, we want friends and family to have a chance to wear this brilliant art in her honor.

All proceeds (outside of the printing cost) will go to 2 things: 50% to the Ovarian Cancer Research Alliance, and 50% to Sha's family.

We love you Sha. You will be desperately missed.

For my sister and friend who passionately and purposefully lived her life. For her mother, who keeps coming to mind as I celebrate my first Christmas as a mother.

Sha’s free spirit and humor were one of a kind. I guess God needed a really rad angel to hold down the forts of heaven. Haley, I’ve always wanted half of your artistic talent. This is a wonderful idea. Love you all ❤️

I will always remember Sha’s laughter echoing in school the halls.
