A Better World For Dani

On January 25, the world lost a brilliant, amazing, driven individual. Daniel Jewell-Tyrcha was a writer, leader, friend, and incredible advocate, who cared so much about those close to them as well as those everywhere. They were relentless in their fight towards equality, and lived and loved with the wisest soul and sharpest mind. In the 20 years that the world had to love Dani, they left his mark on everyone they met and will live on there forevermore. In honor of his memory, we are selling these sweatshirts and shirts and donating all proceeds to the Transgender Law Center, which empowers thousands of individual community members a year and builds towards a long-term, national, trans-led movement for liberation. As Dani once wrote, "I will not water myself down to appeal to your dull, desensitized taste buds. My own eyes shine when I see myself in the mirror and I no longer crave the pity I once saw in yours." May we keep this legacy strong by empowering this vision through others.
