About this campaign

Proceeds support the Powderhorn Art Fair in bringing together art, activism, and community for 29 years and PPNA in working to build a more connected, informed, and inspired community.

We believe that art aids in healing elevates activism and forges community bonds.
With these tenets in the forefront of our mind, we bring you the 29th year of the Powderhorn Art Fair.

Over the last month, our community has suffered a great loss. The murder of George Floyd added to a long list of lives lost to Police violence on our community. This list is too long; these people deserved better, and we are grieving them. In the wake of grief, Minneapolis is seeking change and justice to facilitate our healing.

This year we seek to uplift artivists in our community, forge avenues of support for artists (who need your support now, more than ever!), and bring people together to celebrate the intersection of art, activism, and community.

It’s imperative that you support the artists who made our calls for justice amplified, our quarantine bearable, and our healing more possible. Join us on Saturday, August 1st, and Sunday, August 2nd online at powderhornartfair.com and in person at the Splash Market to do just that!
