About this campaign
A bill to legalize cannabis in the First State is set to be released in just days. With overwhelming public support and a strong legislative effort to pass legalization legislation before the end of session in June, Delaware is on the brink of becoming just the 4th state to pass legalization through the legislature. But we're up against a fight. Well-funded special interests, including law enforcement, AAA, and the Delaware State Chamber of Commerce are calling on legislators to defy the will of the people, ignore commonsense public policy, and vote "no" on legalization.
We need your help to stand up to the opposition and pass cannabis legalization legislation in Delaware in 2021. All proceeds from your purchase and donations will be used to fund public awareness campaigns, advertising, and other programs to support legalization in 2021.

Let's get this bill passed! NJ already passed theirs so it wouldn't make sense for DE not to pass it and gain tax income from this. This is what all Delawareans need.
