Rescue Road Trip / Pit Bull Flower Power

About this campaign

I am preparing an epic Rescue Road Trip across the United States! Sten, MacLovin and I will be driving from New York to Los Angeles where we are officially relocating. The road trip will take us the whole month of June, and we will be visiting shelters and rescues along the way.

This has been a decade-long dream of mine, and I cannot believe it's finally happening! In my dream, I was doing this in a classic VW van, with some 60/70s flowers and pit bulls painted all over. Since that's not happening, instead I have turned this idea into a T-shirt!

For the past few weeks, I have been reaching out to rescue organizations across the country, building this giant puzzle, calculating driving distances and what is feasible. It's quite the undertaking! I am trying to fit as many stops as possible within the month. It's so hard to choose organizations, I wish I could help everyone... but I have a wonderful selection already, and I cannot wait to share their stories with all of you!

The funds raised with these T-shirts and any donation you make, will help with the costs associated with the road trip, and with visiting the rescue organizations.
