You're the one with the master builder skills to assemble yourself exactly as YOU want, so click on your favorite pair of workout pants ("Honey, where are my...?") and get inspired by the little building blocks that the entire world knows and loves.

Your $27 registration donation for the event includes this imaginative 3" medal showing off just how unique and no-rules-only-right you can be if you choose!

As with every FRC medal, registrants around the world also receive the beautiful custom sublimated ribbon, and a personalized digital participation bib.

So why DID the plastic chicken cross the perfectly textured road?

When your entire fitness journey is based around doing whatever the heck you want, you don't have to explain things to anyone else. You do you, boo. So if someone asks why your nothing-else-like-it-in-the-world event shirt for the BYO5k has a plastic chicken on it, you tell them "I'll explain at the finish line...try and keep up."
