About this campaign

The Los Alamos Mountain Bike Team includes riders in grades 6-12 from White Rock and Los Alamos. We ride to have fun and build friendships, our team motto is “ride safe, be kind, work hard, have fun!” This shirt fundraiser will help us pay for safety gear, race PitZone essentials, and our end of season party.

We train and compete in cross-country style mountain biking, based on National Interscholastic Cycling League standards. New Mexico residents participate in the Arizona league in our team format because New Mexico does not have its own league (yet!). Our team philosophy is fun first, and our central goal is for students to develop a strong body, mind and character through mountain biking. There are no tryouts. Everyone rides no matter his/her ability and skill level, we do our best to place riders in ride groups that will challenge them to become a better MTBer at the level they want to be.
