Over 6 years ago we started the Unicorn Workshop at Minnesota Power Yoga. We looked at our blocks and what keeps us from achieving our goals and dreams. We could see how these blocks also showed up in our yoga practice and in certain poses. We all had a pose that we just... didn't like, got frustrated in, or that seemed impossible.

Those poses became our Unicorn Pose. The pose that seems impossible, we decided to make possible by looking at it in a new light with excitement and a lesson and a breakthrough to learn.

Five years later, a guest in our Yoga Teacher Training had us all find our spirit animal. Mine was a unicorn. Full circle.
