About this campaign

Pacific Beach Town Council is excited to declare 2020 the “Year of the Police” in Pacific Beach and show support for the San Diego Police Officers who serve our community. Please support us as we raise money for our 40th anniversary PAESAN (Police and Emergency Services Appreciation Night) - a community BBQ honoring first responders who serve our community. In 2020 we will honor and fulfill the wishlist of the San Diego Police Officers and the money raised with this fundraiser will help do that. In the past funds have been raised to purchase a Polaris side-by-side vehicle used by officers on the beach and install air conditioning in the SDPD storefront on Olney St.

In addition to raising money to fulfill the wish list of our officers, we encourage community members to wear these t-shirts to show support for the San Diego Police Department. We want 2020 to be a community-building year that highlights the efforts of SDPD to make our community safe. We hope you will join us in these efforts by purchasing a shirt, wearing it during community events like the upcoming Discover PB holiday parade, making donations to support PAESAN, and attending the BBQ in September. Thank you!

A huge thank you to local artist Keaven Matty for designing the logo.

I love PB, and want to be sure we keep it clean. I have a place in Venice California and it’s terrible, we recently rented it as we can no longer live amongst drug addicts and people whom have no value on their lives, or mine.
