9/11 Ray Meisenheimer hoodie

Since 2012 Ray's family and friends have been participating in the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers 5k Run/Walk in his memory. Team, FOR RAY was born and has grown each year. His family has taken the hard work, passion and determination that they learned from him and made goals to raise money in his memory for the Tunnel to Towers foundation and Building for America's Bravest, which builds smart homes for catastrophically injured American Service Members. All proceeds are donated to the Stephen Siller Tunnel to Towers Foundation in memory of our HERO Ray Meisenheimer.

Ray Meisenheimer was a member of Rescue Company 3 in the Bronx. On September 11th, 2001 Ray jumped on the rig and rushed to the World Trade Center, even though his shift was over. He never came home. Ray was also a volunteer at the Hauppauge Fire Department and was Chief of Program Development at the Suffolk County Fire Academy. Firefighting was his passion. Ray LOVED his job. Ray leaves behind a wife and 2 daughters. He leaves behind family, friends, laughs, memories and a legacy of strength, determination and passion.
