About this campaign

Proceeds from our 50th anniversary t-shirt sales will fund our programs in Worcester County that address food insecurity by bringing healthy, affordable, local food in Worcester, Webster, and Southbridge neighborhoods, supporting residents to safely grow their own food in urban environments, and provide local teens with jobs on urban farms that teach life and job skills, community and civic involvement, and leadership development.

We will be celebrating our 50th anniversary on September 30th at our annual farm party. We hope you will join us for delicious local food, live music, community awards, and youth led tours of our YouthGROW farm. Find out more at www.recworcester.org/farm-party

I have been involved with community gardens since the 1990's. Besides the delicious vegetables, the gardens for Seniors are a good place to socialize and to share the produce with the neighbors.
