This year, shirt proceeds go to a wonderful organization you’ve probably never heard of: 826 National. Through 9 chapters across the United States and dozens more digital initiatives, 826 National works hands-on with kids from ages 6-18 to foster creativity, grow their love of the written word, and publish kids’ writing.
Last Week in AWS is aiming to raise $30,000 to help 826 National continue its important and inspiring work.

A couple of reasons. One, I think writing is an instrumental skill for success as an adult. So to support an organization that encourages children to explore writing is a no brainer. Second, anything that pokes fun at AWS is good in my book.
Corey is holding me hostage. I was told I had to sell 300 shirts to get free.
There was an email with a countdown timer so it didn't seem optional.
Because Corey is hilarious and I like supporting good charities.
