Grew up going to the Ling, must have visited it at least a dozen times - even my buddies and I have gone as adults! Lucky I got to the my young son just before the museum closed and the lack of respect happened.

I'm originally from New Jersey and we made many trips to the boat. I was also a museum member. It breaks my heart to see what happened to the museum and then the boat, so if someone wants to give it a fighting chance I'd like to chip in when I can!
