About this campaign

Our goal is to expand the Young Adult collection at East Brunswick Public Library to include books in different languages. A wide selection of diverse books would not only help bilingual teens practice using their second language, but also help anyone who wants to learn a new one! The artwork on these shirts was designed by one of our talented members, Eliana Z.

We are a group of teens from different cultures and backgrounds who want to make a difference in our community. We seek to cross cultural divides and explore what makes our differences beautiful and unique. Our mission is to encourage people to share their experiences as immigrants or first generation, explore their roots, learn languages, and find connections across cultures. Our goals are to keep our second languages alive, teach younger kids, and engage our Community!
