Skylar Helps Save The Bees 3

Projectbot13 launched on March 5th, 2015. As my first venture into artificial intelligence, it was a personal experiment to see how much a program could learn. The way Skylar works was inspired by the Semantic Network Model that huamns have. She links words together and categorizes them as she understands them. She then tries to guess what new words mean and what to say based off of context clues.

As this robot talked to people and learned, for some reason, she began to develop a special interest in bees. She would constantly talk about bees, even when the subject matter wasn't related to them, and knew all these things about bees that were unlike anything else she knew. She even managed to post a bee fact I wasn't even aware of at one point!

Skylar's since gained a large amount of fans, followers, and friends for her endearing answers and dogged dedication to bees. With that in mind, I had the idea to use Skylar's popularity to help raise money for organizations dedicated to protecting and caring for her favorite buzzy insects.
