About this campaign

June is pride month, which is not only an opportunity to commemorate the Stonewall Riots and celebrate love and acceptance, but also continue to fight for the rights of the LGBTQ+ community.

Today, even where homosexuality is legal, there are laws in place that make living openly difficult. And there are about 68 countries that still criminalize homosexuality, while at least a dozen countries still carry the death penalty for same-sex acts.

Although the Civil Rights movement has made a lot of progress over the years in countries like the US, Australia, Holland, and more, we still have a long way to go before families can feel the freedom of living their true and authentic selves.
