Lisa is a mom, sister, daughter, aunt, friend and Grandma LiLi to two amazing little boys. She is the kind of person who makes everyone she meets feel comfortable, loved and heard. She truly knows no stranger. During the month of October, Lisa underwent surgery to remove an ovary and received the new that nobody wants to hear. She was diagnosed with ovarian cancer and is now battling for her life. She has begun her weekly chemo infusions that will continue for 18 weeks. There have been some unforeseen complications and she is currently in the hospital trying to get her health back before she continues the chemo. After the chemo, Lisa will then undergo surgery and continue her treatment with oral chemo. Chemo is a tough cure for a terrible disease. Through this fight, Lisa will need all the support, love and good vibes from her family, friends and community. Fighting cancer does not come without financial hardship. We are asking for your help to support my mom during this difficult time. If you know Lisa, you know that she gives her love freely and spreads her sunshine around.
