About this campaign

Those with visible disabilities (whether physical or behavioral) tend to be seen for their differences first. A Superhero of Inclusion is someone who can look beyond those differences and see how people are more alike than different.

The younger a child is taught how to look for things they have in common with others, especially those that look or act differently than themselves, the more empathetic, accepting and inclusive they will be as they grow older.

SuperBrady WebsitepngTo spread this message, SuperBrady’s goal is to get a copy of SuperBrady: A Story of Inclusion, written by siblings Brady and Alexx McCarthy, in as many elementary school libraries as possible. So, when you buy a Superhero of Inclusion T-shirt, this allows SuperBrady to donate one of his books to another school library. T-shirts were designed by Alexx McCarthy.

This FundRaiser will run for two weeks. (The platform accepts additional donations that will go towards donating more books.) At the end of the two-week period, the T-shirts will be printed and the books will be donated. If you choose to order a t-shirt you can either have it delivered directly to yourself for an additional shipping cost or if you are local to either Chappaqua, NY or Beverly, MA, you can have it shipped to us for free and we can arrange for you to pick it up.
