Tammy Kruchten Fundraiser

I am starting this T-shirt fundraiser for my mom, Tammy. She was first diagnosed with breast cancer in 2003. She underwent several biopsies and radiation treatment. In 2011, it came back again in the other breast resulting in a double mastectomy. After several years we thought she was in the clear, but again in 2019, after experiencing severe back pain we learned that her breast cancer had spread to her spine. The cancer has since spread to her liver and the fluid around her heart, as well. Fortunately these lesions are all being kept inactive and at bay with the help of some very aggressive chemotherapy. Something she will be on for the rest of her life.
In the 20+ years she’s been fighting cancer, this is the first time she’s lost her hair. She got a prescription for a human hair wig, which starts at $1500 and her insurance will pay $300 towards one. So $1200 at minimum, just to feel like herself again. Please consider buying a shirt to help get her a wig and pay for any additional treatment costs, especially with the new year coming and deductibles starting over.
