Please make sure to add your child's name, school and homeroom teacher to the supporter information in the order form. This will ensure correct and timely delivery to your child.

Please consider purchasing a TF Music embroidered black polo shirt for your child to wear during concerts at SRS or TFMS. A black polo is requested for SRS concerts (TFMS requests any black shirt) and can be purchased on your own, but this is a great opportunity to show your support and help the Music Parents Association raise funds for programs at MFA, SRS and TFMS.
