About this campaign
We are non-profit organization whose purpose is to strengthen communities in the Democratic Republic of Congo (Africa) by advancing education and relieving poverty for Bantu and Pygmy girls left behind from financially disadvantaged backgrounds.
The conflict for the past 40 years, displacement, poverty, and sexual violence have had a negative impact on girls in the DRC. That is why our goal is to assist hard to reach places like Mbandaka; reassert a sense of hope for the future through educating Bantu and Pygmy girls; and establish a strong foundation that will lead to stronger communities.
