About this campaign

For those who are looking for more info regarding what is happening and why we are collecting funds this may help explain. We are still in need of funds to keep David in treatments and getting healthy, and if you would like to contribute we will gratefully accept Visa gift cards/ cashier or regular check/ PayPal or FB gifts. David Kaap Treatment and Update April 2018 To All Friends and Family: In January David was diagnosed stage 4 lung cancer that had metastasized and as with any of us the news was devastating and difficult to mentally absorb. After rounds of radiation and surgery to repair his femur bone and meetings with an oncologist with the only recourse being chemotherapy, David made the decision to not follow this plan. After much prayer he was led to Holistic treatments at Brookfield Health and Wellness. The very minute he walked into the clinic he felt an overwhelming peace and hope. His Doctor, Susan Rohr, is a Believer as well as her staff. Her treatment course of action: is first rid his body of all toxins and after the test on David, his body is full of them. God created our bodies with the capability of healing itself, but when our bodies are full of these toxins it affects our immune system and does not allow for healing. David is in the clinic Monday-Friday with 2-4 treatments per day. Two of these treatments attack the actual cancer itself, two more rid his body of toxins and another treats his bone structure. You can find more information on their website: Brookfield Health and Wellness and click on the cancer tab. He is also maintaining the help of an oncologist as well as holistic treatments at home and has cut all sugar and gluten from his diet. Overall, David is feeling good but fights extreme exhaustion and pain, he has lost his voice due to the radiation but it is getting stronger. David knows that the Lord is Mighty in this battle and thanks you all for your prayers, love and support in this his journey of Faith. Thank you all for you prayers and support. Rev. Kirk D. If I have the means to help support the brethren I will. What does it profit if a brother is in need and I am able but yet tell them to depart. Helping to advance the kingdom of God. Giving the Lord Jesus all the Glory is the mission here. LV U D. K.
