WHackzCon 2020 Part 1

Why this organization, you ask? Given these times, many folks out there are struggling with mental health issues. Under served communities include LGBTQ youth, who are particularly vulnerable to mental and emotional health issues during this time. There are many factors for this which includes physical health and safety, emotional safety, economic safety, as well as housing and job security. Current events are also exacerbating these issues. WomenHackerz is an organization for non binary individuals and women, and we recognize intersectionality within these realms. We would like to raise funds for this organization not just for Pride month, but also for the advocacy with mental health, another risk factor for many people in InfoSec.
