About this campaign

Our chapter is finishing off its first full year and we could use your support! This design was created to be light-hearted about how our group can spend an entire hour only walking about 100 steps because there is just so much to see. Even the artwork was selected to highlight some of our favorite native plants and animals. The mighty blue jay resting after a long day of transporting oak seeds wide and far. The majestic Monarch butterfly taking off on migration. Even a blue flag iris emerges amongst several other important flora, pollinators, and wildlife. We hope you enjoy this shirt as much as we do and found a familiar native species hiding in the design.

Thank you for considering our shirt as a fun way to warn others on the trails that you may take frequent stops to enjoy the wildlife. Wild Ones is a national nonprofit that promotes the use of native plants in ecological landscaping. Our chapter Capital Region NY helps to provide resources on the specific ecological types in our area. Please consider joining as a member or attending one of our events that are free and open to the public.
