About this campaign

Whatcom Horses In Need is hosting a Winter Ride A Thon, open to riders around the world, in an effort to raise funds to support their efforts to acquire training and care for horses in our community.

At Whatcom Horses In Need, we believe every healthy horse deserves an opportunity to succeed. We assist the local animal shelter in finding training for horses that are surrendered to their care, as well as horses within the community whose owners are struggling to meet their needs. Your participation helps put hay in the barn, cover farrier and vet costs, and helps us pay board and training in our effort to match healthy horses with qualified owners.
