Weimaraner Rescue of the South has been rescuing and rehoming Weimaraners in need in Alabama, Mississippi, and parts of Georgia, Tennessee, and Louisiana since 2002.



We are an all-volunteer, nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization. Every purchase you make here will help give an unwanted, abused, or neglected Weim a chance at the new life they deserve.

We adopted our first Weim through WRS and love everything they stand for. The foster mom drove our baby from AL to TN, got a hotel so Mattie could stay a few nights with us, came over to make sure all was good, then drove back home. Talk about love!!
