"Our Shirts had "Hanakapi'ai Adventure" emblazoned on the front; A foreshadowing of our memorable trip to Kauai. This hike should have taken us just 6 hours to complete. 2 miles into the hike, we took a wrong turn & found ourselves "bouldering" up the river that (we thought) would take us to the falls. After 3 hours and a much needed course correction, we found ourselves back on track. We got to the breathtaking Falls; Just as spectacular were our shirts to commemorate our annual tradition of taking on a waterfall hike in our nation’s 50th State. Aloha!"
