"Our East Middle School Digital Media and Communications class competes annually against schools across the state for awards in scholastic journalism. We like to have a new staff t-shirt with a fun theme to wear to the competition and chose to pattern a Metallica Master of Puppets Concert shirt. Our Master's of Media Tour was successful, as the staffs took the top prize in the State--the Spartan Award. "
