"I run an after school video club at our elementary school. A few years ago, I starting ordering T shirts for our club so that when we attended film competitions, we would arrive looking like a team to be reckoned with. In reality, my students are a mix of all types of kids, with high school and middle school mentors who come back to volunteer their time.
