"We were celebrating Gianna's (the baby on the far right) first anniversary of having her heart repaired (heartiversary). One year ago that day (Dec 14) at 4 months old, she had open heart surgery to correct a congenital heart defect she was born with. This our little family celebrating that anniversary (Mom, Dad, big brother, big sister, and twin sister). We have about 20 other people that have the matching shirts that celebrated the day by wearing their shirt as well to support her."
