Let's Raise Awareness for PF!

"Pictured is only 5 out of the 40 plus participants for Team Irene in this year's Walk for Pulmonary Fibrosis at the Matthew Henson Trail. This is our third consecutive year raising awareness and funds for those affected by this deadly disease. Pulmonary Fibrosis (PF) is a complex disease that causes progressive scarring in the lungs which literally takes your breath away. Team Irene honors Irene Burgess who passed away after her fight against PF. This year we raised 108% of our goal at a grand total of $8,125.29 (a new record for us!) which is all donated to the cause. We have used Custom Ink for all three walks (and many other events in the past) and have always been thoroughly impressed with the final product. With this walk growing and needing kids sizes, customer service representatives were very helpful in figuring out the best way to get the colors and sizes that were needed.
