"On July 22nd, a team of volunteers, staff, friends, and a local Legislator joined together to compete in the Rugged Maniac Obstacle Course Race as part of Team Long Island Cares. Long Island Cares, Inc. is the regional Food Bank for Long Island, providing more than 7 million pounds of emergency food and supplies to nearly 600 member agencies. We wanted to help spread our work, and thought challenging ourselves to a mud run was a unique way to do so! This photo is right at the starting line, before we were covered in mud from head to toe! We had an AMAZING time, and would not have been able to do so without the help of CustomInk! You guys make the entire process easy, and we will be back! The shirts came out incredible, and were incredibly breathable as we ran through 3.1 miles of obstacles, mud, and barbed wire!"
