Miles For Lucia - Making Strides Against Breast Cancer

"My mother Lucia Tineo is a survivor and ongoing fighter in the battle against Breast Cancer. My mother was diagnosed in 2004 and thankfully made it through. Unfortunately she was re-diagnosed last December 2010 and is continuing treatments and we pray she will get through this tough time once again and finally beat this sickness once and fore all. Throughout the past 5 years me, my sister Frances, and my mother have participated in the Making Strides Breast Cancer walk together in Queens. This year however my mother will not be able to complete the walk so I wanted to do something special for her. I decided to finally form a team and have us walk on her behalf because I know it will mean so much to her. We raised a total of $6,225 and passed our goal. We looked great at the walk and it was all thanks to the shirts from Customink!
