Our Family Eats More Kale

"Gaga and Papa Schaffer generously take their daughters and son-in-laws, plus the four grandchildren, on a vacation annually, this year on Lake Michigan. What a treat to be on the beach, great weather, beautiful scenery, and best of all, to spend time together. For the past fifteen years, our annual vacation includes a family taste test of various foods, such as apples, peanut butter, rootbeer, etc. This year, Gaga added an element of surprise to her lettuce taste test, by ordering each family member an "Eat More Kale" shirt! We tried romaine, butter lettuce, iceberg and more, but, ultimately, we all agreed, nothing beats KALE! We proudly wore our shirts to the beach on Lake Michigan, all the while spreading the word to all those passers-by, "Eat More Kale!" Everyone truly enjoyed our story!
