"Team Flaco is the name of the group I've chose to represent my Uncle, Sonny A. Colon "Flaco" in the Out of the Darkness walk on Sunday, August 7, 2016 at the Cooper River Park in Pennsauken, NJ. We joined forces with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention to honor his memory, raise funds and Save Lives!
