The John Lege Project

"The John Lege Project is committed to aiding African children who, through no fault of their own, are victims of war, rebel abductions, human trafficking, abuse and poverty. Here's our t-shirts on our local team installing the Rain Tanks in Luma, Eastern Congo DRC. We did this so students of the local primary school & others, would NOT go to the Adhu river to fetch water in jerrycans and bring to home or school. That river has thousands of flies on its banks that carry "river blindness" and 1/4 of the population is blind. We had Rain Tanks hauled from Uganda into roadless Congo, and put in four 10,000 liter rain tanks (which will benefit from Congo's high rainfall.)
