Frequently Asked Questions

What does it cost to order custom embroidered bags?
Pricing varies by style, quantity, and decoration. Use the Design Lab to get a real-time quote — pricing updates instantly as you adjust your order.
What brands does Custom Ink carry for embroidered bags?
We stock Port Authority, OGIO, Herschel, and more. The Design Lab lets you filter by brand, style, and color so you can find the perfect fit for your group.
How does embroidery work?
Embroidery stitches your logo or design directly into the fabric for a textured, professional finish. It's ideal for polos, hats, bags, and outerwear — and it's built to last through years of wear.
Can I see a proof before my order ships?
Yes — every order includes a free digital proof reviewed by a real artist. You'll have a chance to approve your design before production begins.
What if I need help creating my design?
Our in-house design team is here to help. Chat, call, or email — and if you need original artwork created from scratch, our designers can do that free with your order.
