Frequently Asked Questions

How fast do quick ship products ship?

Promotional products ship within 24 hours of order and art approval; custom apparel ships within 48 hours. Check individual product pages for production details, or visit our delivery options page for a full breakdown.

Do quick ship products qualify for free standard shipping?

Quick ship styles ship at super rush pricing, which includes expedited production and shipping — free standard shipping does not apply. The faster timeline is the tradeoff. You can see the super rush pricing reflected in your cart before checkout.

Can I still get design help if I need my quick ship order fast?

Absolutely. Our design experts are available to help you finalize your artwork quickly so you don't lose time waiting on approvals. Fast turnarounds work best when your logo or design files are ready to go before you start — having those on hand will help us move as fast as possible.

Are there minimum order quantities for quick ship products?

Minimums vary by product. Many quick ship styles have low minimums, and some qualify for no minimums at all. Check the individual product listing for details, or filter by "no minimum" to narrow your options.

Can I get a proof before my quick ship order goes into production?

Yes. Every Custom Ink order goes through a design review before production. For quick ship orders, responding to your proof promptly is the most important thing you can do to protect your timeline — the faster you approve, the faster we can get your order moving.

What types of products are available as quick ship styles?

Quick ship options include a wide range of custom apparel and promotional products — t-shirts, hoodies, hats, tote bags, drinkware, and more.

Can I use the group order feature with quick ship products?

You can use our group order feature with quick ship styles, but keep in mind that collecting sizing and payment from group members can add time. If you're working against a tight deadline, having all size information ready before you start will help protect your turnaround.

What if I'm not sure whether my deadline is achievable?

Contact us and we'll help you figure it out. Our team can walk you through the fastest options available based on your product, quantity, and in-hands date — so you know exactly what's possible before you order.
