The image was printed too low and I wasn’t able to print it any higher on the shirt. Great team and very good with responses but I will call for some assistance in the future to ensure image is aligned correctly.

Our tshirts were supposed to arrive by a certain date (June 24), and if I did not check the tracking number, they would have arrived on June 29, which was 2 days after our event that we ordered our shirts for. Also, the sponsors on the back of our shirts were incorrect. In the printing process, the sponsors were duplicated on both sides of the back of the shirt, and we had MANY miss sponsors on our shirt. We were very disappointed with our shirts almost not showing up on time and then the shirts not having the correct back design. Customer Service did the best they could, and the shirts did arrive within an hour of me needing them, but we are going to choose to go through a local service next year instead of CustomInk whom we have used for the past 3 years.

I ordered a couple of t-shirts to put my boyfriend's DJ name on. The crop top that I got came out good and the logo was shiny, bright, and crisp. His shirt looked dull and dark and almost used. Can't really see it cause it doesn't pop so hopefully they will replace that item with a better item but so far the experience has been mediocre.

My only issue is that we paid $1100 for rush shipping. This was due to an error on our side and needing shirts before a picture day for the swim team. However shirts were stuck with UPS and not delivered on time. I don't think this is your fault but I do think UPS should refund the next day delivery fee.
