Customer service was OUTSTANDING! We worked with Mary Beth to get our order placed and she guided us through the process with ease & professionalism! We also received a helpful email from Charles through the process regarding our artwork and managing our expectations in that area. Everything about the order, the process and the final product was great WITH THE EXCEPTION of the fit of the women's shirts - they run EXTREMELY SMALL and now we have spent money on shirts that can't be used and didn't allow every employee to have a shirt for our event.

Process of working the art for Scouting images can be frustrating. We got different answers from a previous order on colors and available art/logos.
