I was disappointed that the sales associate confirmed that my order would be screen printed, only to have it arrive as a heat transfer graphic. It feels like he lied to me to make the sale. I do appreciate that you can get on the phone with associates to confirm your graphic, but that didn't end up fully working for me. I also recieved one item that was just blank - no printing at all on it.

I’ve ordered a few things from Custom Ink now: hats, sweaters, tote bags, shirts. Apparently, I have decided to pretend I’m a fashion designer using only words and bad stick figure paintings. This is not a business plan. It’s more of a cry for help with overhead and inventory. That said, Custom Ink has made the whole process alarmingly easy. I’m not saying they’re enabling my rapid descent into this totally plausible dream of becoming a tastemaker. I’m not saying that. I’m saying they are good at what they do. Every order has come out clean, accurate, and better than my ideas deserve. The printing has been sharp, the materials have felt good, and the placement has been right despite my extraordinary inability to center things. The finished products have looked deliberate, which is important when your aesthetic is “what if a notebook margin developed confidence.” I’ve been very satisfied with the quality across different items, and the site has been straightforward enough that I can keep making things before good sense catches me.
