Customer service is excellent and answered all of my questions. Website is unclear on each product page what the minimum order is for getting screen printing v. digital. Quality of digital printing physically is excellent. There was a problem in that part of my logo printed with an unexplained white "drop shadow."

Not great. Multiple items I ordered, ended up being out of stock. And, we weren't notified until a week later that a tote was out of stock (after the order was confirmed), which was not great for our timeline. And then a week after that we were told our replacement item was also out of stock! How does this happen, not only once but twice. It's extremely unacceptable. Then we later found out, only after I inquired (the info was not volunteered) that another item (baby onsie) was also out of stock. This was a ridiculous series of events that should have never happened. How bad is your inventory system that this can happen to customers who make large orders?
